Ms. Franks, founder and research analyst, identifies and develops event-driven investment opportunities across the capital structure (i.e., bank debt, bonds, equity) of companies in a variety of industries which face catalysts supporting long or short investment recommendations. Incorporated where she was involved in the execution of 11 equity and debt offerings totaling $1.3 billion on behalf of energy companies.
